2. Collection & Processing of Personal Data
We collect and process personal data that you provide when booking coaching sessions, workshops, or other services. This may include your name, email address, phone number, address, coaching interests, personal information, as well as data from sessions and interactions. We use Calendly for appointment scheduling. For payments, third-party providers such as Stripe may be used.
3. Newsletter
If you subscribe to our newsletter, we store your email address and, if applicable, your name. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in the newsletter or by emailing hello@artlantis-coaching.ch
4. Use of Our Website & Cookies
When visiting our website, we collect technical data (e.g., IP address, browser type). We use cookies to analyze and improve our services.

5. Social Plugins
Our website contains links to platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and Spotify.
If you click on these icons, you will be redirected to our profiles, and the respective platform may collect data.
6. Products & Shipping
When purchasing physical products, we collect your shipping address. Shipping is carried out within Switzerland via A-Post (2–4 business days).
Shipping costs are borne by the customer unless otherwise agreed. Returns are excluded, except in the case of proven transport damage (within 48 hours, including photo evidence).
7. Zoom Recordings
Coaching sessions (1:1) as well as live trainings and group formats (e.g., workouts) may be recorded via Zoom. Recordings are primarily intended for participants’ personal use (e.g., if a session is missed) and for quality assurance purposes.
Recordings are designed to focus on the Provider. Participants are generally not recorded visually. In some cases, participants may be briefly audible (e.g., if microphones are not muted). By joining the session, you acknowledge and accept this possibility. Participants may keep their camera and microphone turned off at any time.
Recordings may also be used for the creation of digital products (e.g., workout libraries or bundles).
Recordings containing identifiable participant data will not be published or shared without explicit consent.
Recordings are stored securely.
8. Data Sharing with Third Parties
Data may be shared with technical service providers (e.g., Stripe, Calendly, Mailchimp) where necessary.
Data transfers abroad will only take place where an adequate level of data protection is ensured (e.g., EU Standard Contractual Clauses).
9. Data Security
We implement technical and organizational measures (e.g., SSL encryption) to protect your data. Our employees and service providers are bound by confidentiality obligations.
10. Data Retention
We store personal data only as long as necessary for the intended purposes — generally up to 10 years after the end of the contractual relationship.
