Currently, everything seems to happen at the same time.
And if I’m being honest… it feels overwhelming.

I’ve had many moments where I thought I was failing.
Moments where I questioned whether I’m actually strong enough to handle it all.

And those days are hard.
Because on those days, it feels like I’m losing myself.
Like I’m losing my inner spark.
My joy.
My optimism.
My fire.

And that scares me.

I think many of us are afraid that once we lose ourselves, we won’t find our way back.

But then there are these moments.
Small, beautiful moments that reconnect me to myself again.
Moments that remind me that the fire never truly disappeared.
It just needed space to breathe again.

Maybe that’s what this season is really about.
Not becoming someone else.
But returning to yourself.

And that’s exactly why I created The Phoenix Journey.
Not to help people become “better”.
But to help them reconnect to the version of themselves they were never meant to lose in the first place.

You’ve got this. Even on the days it doesn’t feel like it.

Maybe we were always meant to embody both.

I didn’t want to go for a walk. It was raining. I was tired. My boyfriend was already asleep on the couch, and all I really wanted to do was lie down as well and read a book before going to bed.

But then my dog looked at me, and I knew I didn’t have a choice.

Still, I put on a jacket, slipped into my shoes, and got ready to leave the house. When I stepped outside, it was still raining, and I could feel my mood dropping inch by inch.

At some point, I even thought about how it felt like my spark had dulled—like my fire had gone out. My positivity felt strained. It was a lot. And right now, I simply feel overwhelmed, because everything seems to be happening all at once again.

But… the more steps I took, the further I went. And the more I connected with nature, the more I let go of the day—of everything that had happened, everything that had weighed on my heart—the more my soul began to calm down and relax.

I was finally able to reconnect.

And then, I was surprised by a beautiful, vivid rainbow—actually, a double rainbow—and I couldn’t take my eyes off it. I just had to take pictures. The atmosphere was incredible. It turned into one of the most beautiful walks I’ve ever had.

And I got to experience that not because I wanted to, but because I needed to—because I didn’t have a choice.

So yes, the circumstances weren’t perfect, but the outcome was more than worth it.

Take this as your sign: do the thing. Take the step. Take the leap. Be courageous. Just go for it.

Because you have no idea what’s waiting for you on the other side.

And maybe it won’t always be what you expect.
But sometimes… it’s something like this.

Because rainbows don’t happen without both—rain and sunlight at the same time.

So maybe it’s not about perfect conditions.
Maybe it’s about being willing to walk anyway… and seeing what unfolds. 🌈
