Many facets — one inner alignment

Let me tell you

Why I’m the right fit for you

I learned early on to adapt.

To stay quiet, not stand out, hold myself back — out of fear of rejection, of being attacked, of being wrong.

This dynamic stayed with me for a long time.

Not just in school, but later in life as well.

My insecurity didn’t show up loudly, but quietly:

in holding back,
in observing,
in functioning.

For a long time, I believed this was just who I was.

Today, I know:

It was a learned state — not a personality trait, and not my fate.

But then it happened

The turning point

The turning point came with an uncomfortable, but honest realization:

No one is coming to take this responsibility off your shoulders.

So I started to take myself seriously.

Not all at once, and not perfectly — but consistently.

For a long time, I worked on myself on my own.
Later, I consciously chose support, because true strength is not found in carrying everything alone.

Today, I work in a calm, clear, and grounded way.

Not through pressure or motivation, but through embodiment, responsibility, and inner stability.

I create spaces where people learn to lead themselves —

not faster or louder, but clearer.

A few facts about me

Sport is an important part of my life.
I love strength and HIIT workouts, discovered pole dance acrobatics in 2023, and I’m a jumping trainer.

01

I’m a dog mom to Phaon, a male Grossspitz.
I love our daily walks — they’re where I often receive my best ideas.

02

I’ve been in a happy relationship since 2018.
My partner supports me, believes in me, and constantly brings out the best in me.

03

Since high school, my friends have called me “Stofftussi.”
A word I originally misunderstood — and one that ended up inspiring my branding.

04

I prefer “grandma hobbies” like crocheting or reading over going out and partying.
Call me boring — but too many people in one place drain me quickly.

05

I have a very precise internal clock.
I’m lying on the couch at 9:55 PM, fully awake. It turns 10:00 PM — and I fall asleep. Every. Single. Time.
